Traditional Tang Soo Do Classes are great for everyone as they challenge your mind and body so you can become better in every way. The purposes of training are: Self Defence, Health and to become a Better Person. As you train and progress through the ranks you'll notice you have better confidence, discipline, leadership, and respect. Our goal at MDTSD to create Black Belts who will be go on to be future leaders whether it's in Tang Soo Do or in their everyday lives.
